The Kingfisher is a family of birds that can be found across multiple continents and according to a number of cultures, represents freedom, balance, prosperity, love, courage, and beauty.

Inspired by its commonly known bright teal colors, as well as its keen agility, precision, and expertise in fishing, we decided to crown this beautiful Korean imported bandana, the KINGFISHER!

This is a "goldilocks" woven cotton - neither too thick nor too thin, neither too heavy nor too light, and neither too fuzzy nor too smooth - and its gorgeous shades of teal, blue, green, and rust are grounded by a dark Stream Blue trim.

While Kingfishers are busiest in the early morning and after storms, they can be found active all year round near rivers, ponds, and wetlands so we'd like to think this plaid has no season, too!
